Corrosion Resistance: Nickel and its alloys are known for their excellent resistance to corrosion, making the perforated sheets ideal for use in harsh environments and with corrosive materials.
Strength and Durability:Nickel alloys offer a good balance of strength and durability, enabling the sheets to withstand mechanical stress and maintain their structural integrity.
Good Conductivity/Thermal Conductivity: The conductivity is about 14% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), used for battery current collectors and fuel cell bipolar plates. Thermal conductivity of 90 W/(m · K), suitable for perforated parts of radiators and heat exchangers.
Customizable structure: Pore size range: 0.1mm (microporous sieve) to 50mm (industrial filter plate).
Opening rate: 15%~80%, adjusted by hole type (round hole, square hole, hexagonal hole) and arrangement (straight or staggered)
